Marketing is an art form. While there are systems an agent needs to have in place to ensure your home is shown to as many buyers as possible, not every home is the same. Therefore, every home must be marketed uniquely.

For example, you do not market a home for a single client, in the same way, like one for a family.
Marketing should be flexible and innovative in order to appeal to consumer attention. What is effective today might not be as effective ten or even five years from now.

Effective marketing starts online. Ask yourself these questions, how often did you check your phone? Where did you spend the majority of your time when you were on it? You likely spent the majority of your time online. This is exactly where your future buyers will be spending their time as well.

This does not mean traditional forms of marketing, like open houses and direct mailing, are ineffective, but they should work hand in hand with an online marketing plan.
